I love to drink Turkish tea, which is locally known as 'Çay' and pronounced as 'chai' together with some Syrian tarts called 'maamouls', especially the pistachio 'maamouls'.
Turkish tea is typically prepared using two stacked kettles called "çaydanlık" specially designed for tea preparation.
